This Wittnauer was found in the vaults along with many other Wittnauers. From the original supplier of these LED's in the 70's. I found it in a box with a dummy mock up Stainless steel printed face model.I guess it was shown to the heads of the company before it went into production.

This Gold-fill model has different buttons to the regular SS version, plus different text on face. No Wittnauer markings on case back either, also the battery case back contacts are different. I would say this is a one off.
